    Scope

What we take off your desk.

The full set of CRA obligations most businesses and individuals carry, run on one calendar by one team.

    Personal returns (T1)

Employment, investment, rental and self-employment income, with every credit and carry-forward checked against your prior filings.

    Corporate returns (T2)

Year-end financial statements, GIFI schedules, capital dividend account tracking and the salary-versus-dividend decision.

    GST/HST

Registration, monthly, quarterly or annual filing, input tax credit review and instalments where required.

    Payroll source deductions

CPP, EI and income tax remitted on your assigned frequency. The CRA treats these as trust funds and directors can be personally liable, so they are never late on our watch.

    Information slips

T4, T4A, T5 and T5018 prepared, issued to recipients and filed with the CRA by the end of February.

    Where people get caught

Three things that cost Canada filers money.

None of these are obscure. They are just easy to miss when nobody is watching the calendar for you.

Your corporate payment date is not your filing date

A T2 is due six months after year-end, but the balance is due in two months, or three for an eligible CCPC. We prepare a draft calculation early so you fund the payment on time.

Self-employed filing and paying are different deadlines

You file by 15 June, but interest starts on any balance from 1 May. We work to the payment date, not the filing date.

    Instalments compound quietly

Instalment interest is charged when payments are short or late and it is not deductible. We recalculate your instalments whenever income changes instead of leaving last year's figure in place.
